Though other reviewers appear to have had less impressive results, I have just now used this project successfully to repair a CD that used to stop in the middle of track four and cause my computer to seize up while iTunes tried to deal with the issue.
This is a very basic product. The working parts are plastic and the entire thing is very lightweight. It doesn’t look very promising out of the packaging.
But, hey, I’m now listening to track five.
It worked for me.
